I remember getting my first email address in college and going, “Cool…but for what?” I had yet to send or receive an electronic mail message. We had to telnet to a eudora server to manually download items over a coax cable. You know the noise. It was the future!
Eventually, we all learned to ask Google for our email and searches. And then there were mobile and SaaS apps. And now? Now we point NotebookLM at some words and have it “magically” create a video. Wild. And shockingly good. Not perfect, but ridiculously good for the time and effort.
